 Japan, day two.

"Sounding through clouds of flowers - is it the bell in Ueno or Asakusa?" - haiku by Matsuo Basho

Today we read haiku, experienced rituals before stepping into a buddhist temple (fooled for the first time, but totally nailed it the second), and in fact were in such a temple for the first time in our lives. Got our first fortune notes, saw a fire from Hiroshima and Nagasaki that is kept in the heart of Tokyo as a reminder for the nations to connect and fight against weapons to live in a disarmed peacefull world, had another noodle soup with seaweed eaten by sticks (called Soba), and then slept for 7 hours in the afternoon. Now I am awake at 3 a.m. staring at the ceiling of my capsule bed. Jet lagged. But we love Japan already.

__________

Mame jet lag. Ale Japonsko jsme si uz teda zamilovali.
